Resk may collect:

  • Approximate location to show relevant brands and services
  • Precise location (GPS) for Drivers during active deliveries, and for Guests only when needed for delivery address confirmation

Location access is controlled by device permissions and can be managed in your phone settings. Some features may not work without location access.

d. Driver Information (Drivers)

If you register or use Resk as a Driver, we may collect additional information needed for delivery operations and safety, such as:

  • • Full name, phone number, and contact details
  • • Vehicle information (type, plate number, or other operational details)
  • • Identity or verification data if required (for example: government ID or verification photos), where applicable
  • • Driver availability status and delivery activity (accepted orders, pickup and drop off timestamps)
  • Precise location data during active deliveries to enable navigation, tracking, delivery confirmation, and fraud prevention

Precise location is only accessed when required for service functionality and with user permission.

We use collected data to:

  • • Create and manage user accounts
  • • Enable marketplace transactions

Payments are processed through third party payment providers. Resk does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Delivery Related Sharing

All partners are contractually obligated to protect user data.
